of ourselves that we feel negative about. The act of addressing these problem
areas in itself helps increase and develop motivation.
Rick’s approach to ‘personal training’ is a bespoke programme tailored to your
personal needs. Starting with a full top to toe physical, nutritional and health
assessment. Initially focussing on your problematic areas, whether that’s a
re-occurring painful shoulder or a stubborn stomach that doesn’t seem to respond
to any exercise programme. Its not you that’s at fault, it’s your faulty
programme!!
As the programme progresses the focus is not just on looking good but it will
incorporate a 100% benefit to your everyday life from work considerations to
other daily challenges.
The sessions will take place in the surroundings of Greenwich Park or Pilates
Plus (a personal training studio), situated in Westcombe Park at a time that’s
suits you.
